Bruce Castle Museum - Sir Rowland Hill, who invented the Penny Post, ran a progressive school in this Tudor building from 1827.

Opening Times - 2011

  • Open all year: Wednesday - Sunday & Summer Bank Holidays, 1 - 5 pm (except Good Friday)
  • Organised groups by appointment.
