Stonor, hidden in a fold of the Chiltern Hills five miles from Henley-on-Thames, provides a stunning location with endless options for corporate events. The home of Lord and Lady Camoys, it is a place steeped in 850 years of history.
On entering through large impressive gates, the house is approached by a long drive through the park, home to an ancient herd of Fallow deer, never far from view, that have grazed here since medieval times. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the fine Tudor E-shaped house with its warm brick facade is surrounded by beech woods and rolling parkland. The fourteenth century Chapel that is situated on the south-east corner, is built from flint and stone.
These magnificent buildings and country surroundings provide a stunning backdrop to your event. It is possibly, the most beautiful setting of any house in England.
