Details

Our experienced team take pride in the high quality level of service they provide and they would love to hear from you.

Scotland is well-known for its flexible bridal laws and there is no residency requirement. The Marriage Act 2002 (Scotland) allows for both civil and religious ceremonies to be performed at licensed venues. Dunvegan Castle & Gardens is registered under this Act and is recognised by the Highland Regional Council as a licensed venue for civil and religious ceremonies.
We cater for weddings for up to 65 people and you have the choice of your ceremony being conducted in the grandeur of one of Scotland’s most iconic buildings or in the tranquil surroundings of its formal gardens (weather permitting). Over the last 800 years, we have given a warm Highland welcome to visitors including Sir Walter Scott, Dr Johnson and Queen Elizabeth II and we now look forward to welcoming you on your special day.
