Willesborough Windmill Summary

Willesborough Windmill Description

Standing on a two storey red brick base, Willesborough Windmill, an authentic smock version, was built in 1869 and after a chequered history from the late 1930s onwards it recommenced milling around the turn of the millennium. Visitors are welcome

A miller’s cottage stands nearby and a large Barn means that those wishing to be married in an unusual setting can do so at the Mill. There is a small Victorian garden, sunny courtyard and a large meadow in which to spread out the picnic and escape from the pressures.

Events are held throughout the year and there are few dull moments down at the Mill.
